The unit is designed to be integrated into an exhaust ventilation or air recirculation system. The unit purifies the air entering it from harmful strong—smelling substances such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and mercaptans (thiols). The cleaning efficiency is at least 96% (purification from hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans), 80% (purification from ammonia), which prevents the spread of unpleasant odors in the sewage plant and in the surrounding areas.
